Unbelievable that Rhee and the involved principals thought they could get away with such flagrant cheating or simply turn a blind eye to it and never be caught. WOW.<br /><br />This reminds me a little of those stupid criminal stories you hear and wonder what the person was thinking. I mean, if you're going to change students' answers, you should probably be subtle about it, right? Change enough to increase scores but don't change so many that it's truly unbelievable. Wonder if this was hubris or simply stupidity.
