Revamp it, then.

If Ford, instead of what we know, had made FIVE wheeled vehicles - and all of america and the world, inspired by the 5 wheel model T, made 5 wheel vehicles too, then fine.
But when someone finally came along and said "Hey, shouldn't we do this with 4 wheels instead?" and gave really logical, sound, good reasons, our collective answer shouldn't be "but, but but, we'd have to revamp the whole thing."

So,... Transform K-12. Do it. I dare us.

I'm on board. In fact, I'm already starting by founding a new kind of school this fall. But the auditor was swayed by staff's assertions that levy funds were expended on these kids so that oughta make it copacetic.

Well, levy funds are expended on everyone and everything. We should have no findings at all then, yet somehow we do. Remember when restricted capital funds were spent on Potter? When Title 1 funds were spent on non-HQT? etc etc? I have indeed "googled" it as instructed by mirmac, and I can find nothing on this. It sounded like such a major big deal -- so why no word of it?
