I'm a huge reader. I read all the time. One kid is a reader too. Never without a book. The other kid, not so much. Reading to my kids every night when they were little, taking them to the library often, and reading around them helped but I still ended up with one non-reader. Modeling the behavior you want to see in your kids is important.
