District Wants Input on Dual Language/International Schools

From SPS (note: the survey at the bottom currently does not have a live link):

The district is examining these programs in order to make recommendations about potential changes in the 2017-18 school year.
Interested families, community members, and staff may participate in one or more of the following ways:

  • Join the Task Force
Apply by May 2 to serve on the International Schools / Dual Language Immersion Task Force. Meetings are scheduled for May 16 and June 2, from 5:15-6:30 p.m., at the John Stanford Center – and more meetings will be scheduled as needed.
  • Attend a community meeting
These are being scheduled from 6-7:30 p.m. on April 26 (Chief Sealth International High School), May 3 (Mercer International Middle School), May 12 (Hamilton International Middle School), and May 19 (Seattle World School).
  • Take a survey
Surveys for feedback will be shared in a few weeks.
