Panel Discussion on Teens and Stress

STRESS IN TEENS: TOOLS FOR SURVIVNG & THRIVING!!
Stress – we all have it – it’s a part of life!! Come join University Prep’s expert panel for a discussion on teenage stress and what parents can do about it.

For parents of 8-12th graders. Wednesday, March 4, 2009 - 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. University Prep, Founders Hall - 8000 25th Ave. NE, Seattle.
Come early for refreshments at 6:30 pm.

The panel includes: Ron Feinberg, LICSW — family therapist, Sue Eastgard, Executive Director of Youth Suicide Prevention, and Vic Larson— U Prep School Counselor, plus moderator Deborah Frank Murray, Clinical Psychologist and current U Prep parent.

Bring your questions! The panelists have years of experience in how to talk to kids and how to help them develop positive coping strategies. Learn how to model positive behavior and encourage development of key protective factors to help your kids deal with stress and to be resilient in our stressful world.
