Director Maier's Campaign Web Site
Here is the campaign web site for Director Maier.
He promises "the leadership we need!"
He has a long list of endorsements but little reason to vote for him.
I signed up for his mailing list.

For that matter, Harium ducks those pathetic audits on his site too.
Peter was a big superintendent backer. For that matter Harium was too.
Peter also admitted publicly that he had notice of the Small Business Program going awry but trusted staff to handle it. He does not mention on his site how trusting of staff he was.
Harium was and is in the same mold. He was dragged to the table to fire the CFO and superintendent with gritted teeth. Watch his body language from the board meeting. He also stated publicly in a different meeting that it is not his job to question staff.
But yes, we should reelect both of them in the name of Board Stability.
Falling off my chair with incredulity.

This is typical of Director Maier:
Heading =
Organizational Endorsements
then the " * " indicating that none of these endorsements imply an Organizational Endorsement

The above makes no sense at all. So similar to Director Maier's votes and explanations on too many issues.

I would love to have each of the endorsing individuals tell us what they saw during the last 3.5 years.

Has he provided us with the leadership we need for the past three years? No. Instead of leading, he followed.
Did he provide us with the leadership we needed when it came to governance?
Did he provide us with the leadership we needed when it came to oversight?
Did he provide us with the leadership we needed when it came to community engagement?
Did he provide us with the leadership we needed when it came to building trust?
When has Director Maier ever provided the District with the leadership we need? Never.
It was frustrating for me to see this process, when we adults are teaching students and children by the behavior that we model at school board meetings. What is a better way of conducting these meetings? When changes need to occur, I expect a leader to truly listen to the people with respect and consideration before making decisions that prevent an organized community discussion.
The 3minute process of listening to the people is not a valuable process. When a community is disrupted and the people are dismissed, much is lost.
